Labuan: shariah law?

If I incorporate in Labuan is the company subject to shariah law forbidding business like dating/gambling(just as affiliate)?

This is actually a funny question and serious at the same time! It's a question about relgion and for that reason I doubt the company is subject to Shariah Law but who knows. Best would be to ask a lawyer there or qualfied accountant.
