KYC Transferwise for business

For people who want to know, I tried to open a corporate bank account at Transferwise, they sent me this message:

TransferWise Support (TransferWise) Jul 28, 2020, 1:58 PM GMT+2 Hello XXXX, We're currently reviewing everything for XXXXXX Ltd and need to confirm some details about the business activities before we can verify your account. Please reply back to this email with the following: A bit more information about the products your company imports to Europe. What type/category of products do you import / plan to import. Please give some examples. Short description explaining how your business will use TransferWise ”” who will be your recipients or who will send you money, and what will be the reason for payments? Where are you physically located when you conduct your business activities? OR In which country/countries are the important business decisions made If we don't hear from you in the next 2 business days, we'll need to refund any money you've paid in. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask ”” we're always happy to help! Thanks, The TransferWise Team

I went through this just recently too, a little bit dofferent but it must be based on the company:

All in all spent like 30 minutes.

Described the company, provided addresses (registered, actual office, private)

Described our products and services, what they are, who they are for, what value they provide.

Described the revenues, where they are coming from (countries) and why.
Described the cost structure, also provided an idea of our margins.

Also, provided a reason why we have opened the account with TW (to save money on currency conversion).

Provided our main banking partner (standard bank)

It was the first ever EMI account opened with my actual details (still is) so I really didn't want to have any problems and wrote them that short essay!
All in all, very happy with TW.
