You'd think the current AML requirements off-ramp, on-ramp and in-system would be enough, unless they are now believing that activies in the real world are completely going off the grid to the digital world for payment sides of the business.
Can't see that myself until you see a drug user offering to pay in BTC or the like on the street (just isn't gonna happen)
So one really asks themselves with so much ML in cash and in big banking, why be so suffocating for such a small sector.
