It's possible to setup a Swiss company anonymous!

Following some of the many threads in the public forums, I see more and more threads about Swiss company setups especially ZUG - people claim it is not possible to setup such companies anonymous or at least without my name to appear public in the company records. That's not true.

Provided by service provider recommend here on the forum, I have appointed a nominee director and shareholder to my Zug AG - guess what, I'm out of the register and only in the physical company book it is possible to see who owns the company. If that book vanish or someone "forgot" to put my name in there, I'm not registered anywhere!

Now it is up to you to think out of the box, tweak and adjust this setup for the best.

On top, you can be employed in the company, that means, you pay tax from your monthly pay, but the company is fully controlled and managed in Zug and pay only 11,9% corporate tax. You can stash your assets there safely, it is almost impossible for any other country to access the companies assets or shares, it requires a multi million crime to do so.

Don't forget to make the decision from the very beginning. There are history trails, once your name appear there it will never disappear.

For Switzerland to declare they have a white money policy some years ago and yet maintain this opaque relic in today's world is worrying. It either makes the move itself to come into line with the transparency agenda or it will be pushed sadly. Well, if the plan is short term or just needed for temporary anonymity or what ever, I find it of interest to learn about the options. If you have to introduce a new business partner with a Switzerland company or a Cyprus, Belize or Seychelles company, I would always choose Switzerland, no one will question it.

yes that is how it's possibly the best way of do. If you have a honest agency in Switzerland then he will sign such letters.
