I would like to know the main difference between Piraeus bank and FBME? which is better and more convenient for an IBC?

Bank of Piraeus Cyprus is much easier to apply for a bank account further the Internet banking is better and they are cheaper than FBME. FBME is charging huge fees each month just to maintain the account not to speak about the fees they charge to transfer and receive money!

Not at all. UBS in Switzerland is one of the oldest and most secure/prestigious banks in the world.

I dont think there support system can be the same. Overall it is in other country so support system and other requirements depends from country to country
