Delaware LLC (non-resident, single member LLC) is said to protect identity of the real owner from public eyes, but is there really no workaround?

Ways that come to my mind (apart from performing the obvious Google search):
1. checking in official Delaware Division of Corporations or other (maybe non official) business entity database
2. paying premium for access to more detailed information in previously mentioned databases
3. arriving IN-PERSON to Delaware Departament of State or IRS or whatever and asking about it.

No.

Apparently I have to create more characters but the above 2 letters answer your question!

A Work around would be a lawsuit of course. Mostly they don't aim on the registry itself, they aim on the bank, as the registry is not checking any documents of the owners/UBOs, only the bank is. This special form of lawsuit is called "John Doe Summons". This lawsuit is even possible for non US banks/EMIs and whatever. However this will be very very very rarely used if you are moving money below 20M$.

If you are non-us resident you will have to file a form with all your personal details and transactions of the company 🙂

And a fine of 25k for not filing it in time
