Is there any place better than Cyprus to create an offshore Company?

I've read a lot of information here about Cyprus. It makes me so curious. Is there any place better than Cyprus to create an offshore Company? Anyone have knowledge about this please share...

Cyprus is not really considered as an Offshore jurisdiction, but rather a low tax jurisdiction, many European and oversees companies are incorporating in Cyprus due to the many benefits it gives a business, I'm think of tax planning, privacy and assets protection....

I completely agree with the Other two replies. I would like to suggest you that for creating an offshore company best option is to create it at Canada. Even Cyprus is not a bad option.

the 1st two replies are good. in my view Cyprus is good for starting a offshore company. and in internet world you can start your company any where in world, you will find no difficulties
