Hello, I have questions about start up (register) a offshore company at Cyprus,is possible to promote online games-casinos (for expample banner or texlink) on my new webpage? This casino has a licence in Europe-Malta. Is promotion casinos legal at Cyprus?Which act is it? Thank you very much for your answer

Promoting an online casino isn't legal, I don't see any problems to register a company in Cyprus for this purpose.

Sorry just wanted to make an correction here.


What I wanted to say is, that IT IS LEGAL to promote a online casino with an Cyprus company, there are no problems at all, you also ofcourse don't need a license or to have the company registered as an online casino.
