My paypal account is locked in Estonia and I opened by help a member of here. Now, there is %20 percentages tax in Estonia when you get money in your account. In that case , is there anyone worked with Delaware Company Formation ? They told me that

1-) LLC Formation
2-) Online banking
3-) Paypal
4-) ATM Card
