Irish registered office company unresponsive - need advice

Hi,

I have a company in Ireland and i have discovered my secretarial company that is responsible for my registered office address isn't opened every weekdays (perhaps only opened 3 days per week).

Also, they didn't forward very important mails without me contacting them. So, i am concerned that someday i would receive an official letter from the Irish tax authorities or my irish bank and that they would not forward it.


What would you advise me in my case? Changing the secretarial company seems to be a pain (change in the CRO registry and the bank).

If it's causing you issues & stress, I'd change. Better to go through the hassle now than have a potentially bigger problem later. Plus you'll sleep better at night 😉
