investments that don't trigger CRS

Are there any investments in stable countries that do not trigger CRS reporting? Other than precious metals and property? I understand there are REITs that are not listed on an exchange. Do these get reported? I would be interested in Singapore or Hong Kong.

But you get exposed in all of that platforms, because are requiring your ID and‌ Passport

If I am not wrong,
CRS trigger when you‍ give TAX ID number.
These platform does not need your TAX ID Number.

Well, then maybe that Plaftorms no, but now almost all the platforms require it (Mintos,‌ Peerberry, Estatguru, Iuvo....)

Thanks. I was hoping that major property companies in for example Singapore offer investments. Non‌ listed REITS for example. Guess no such thing.

What is the point not trigger CRS if you invest your money in such services‌ or property? I don't get it so please enlight me.

I would like to invest in quality real estate projects without having my details sent‌ back to my home country.
