Shenzhen Zhiyouting Technology Co., Ltd.

This was an old incident last year that has been⁢ resolved. We moved to the current new office (only offered to specific companies that work︀ with the local government and not offered to normal companies) on June 1st, 2024. The︁ system of the registration bureau takes time to update their database. This check happened randomly︂ and they could not find us in the old address. They have since corrected their︃ mistake by removing us from the abnormal list last August 2024 after an office visit︄ at our new office.

This is the old address. Our current address︇ is Room 1902, Block A, Building 2, Shenzhen International Innovation Valley, Dashi 1st Road, Xili︈ Community, Xili Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen

The company is a new technology start-up, for︋ the first few cities, we have invested our personal and shareholder's funds. Following that we︌ have taken loans from the banks as when we were awarded the "Small Giant" corporation︍ standard by the Shenzhen government. The bank has given us the loan up to the︎ highest limit already. The banks have many rules and requirements for financing on fixed assets,️ such as the current valuation instead of the future valuation.

With bid and tender results‍ that are publicly available, with contracts with various government entities, with the projects on the⁠ sites, with the system shared and supervised by the government, there is no way for⁤ that this is a pyramid scheme. All payments to our partners are generated from the⁣ revenue of the payments made by the car owners for using the parking lots.

The department that does the credit report have yet to︂ update our latest company address. We have already wrote to them for update. We will︃ inform once it has been updated.

There are some translation error, please check with︆ other translation tools. Zhiyou means smart and excellent, Ting means parking, not "suspension". We would︇ not be able to operate and get more government tender if we are suspended.

Initial investment was used in R & D, and building the first︋ several pilot projects, now with the rapid expanding of our projects in China, we need︌ more funds to co-develop. I believe the amount that you are stating is offered by︍ our authorised partners who gave their allocation to you (Qzejol). We offer co-development opportunities by︎ each city project which is a minimum of 1Million USD.

Only one⁠ Shenzhen Zhiyouting Company in China. The government of Hubei invested in the project, not the⁤ parking spaces or garages, but a building in Yangxin that is used to faciliate as⁣ both a command centre for traffic monitoring and also office space for us. This is⁢ the investment by the government while Zhiyouting invested and built the whole parking system including︀ the equipments that were installed by the roads. The company in HK (Smart Parking Technology︁ (Hong Kong) Limited) is our entity that we use to work with international partners as︂ they are governed under the Hong Kong laws.

Please remember that the yield fluctuates constantly, it is impossible⁣ to give a expectation of a fixed yield cause it depends from city to city,⁢ from the parking usage, from the fees of parking which are also constantly increasing year︀ by year due to inflation and cars getting cheaper in China.

This is a long︁ term investment that should be seen as a way to produce some yield in a︂ time horizon of 10 years, you will not do 10x tomorrow.
