Hi boys,

this thread is intended to be a point of comparison with forum users to collect investment ideas that allow you to live on "income" without having to focus on an active business that requires your presence in the management of the activity (or that requires a few hours week).

How would you invest this money to make it re-evaluate efficiently and safely and get a return? What business would you run?

Bond trading
Real estate purchase
Purchase valuable watches
Loans

What you suggest?

Buying property and renting it in the big cities in Europe. They must make a fortune at the moment!

Micro finance and litigation funding are two lucrative sectors that allow for a moderate “hands off” approach.

Litigation funding may be "hands off" but let's not forget that if you lose in your lawsuit the return on your "investment" is -100%.

If you want to live off truly passive income in a hands off approach with relatively minimal risk, just buy some dividend ETFs, that's what they are built for- investors that want to get passive income without doing anything. Look into VIG, VIGI, DIV. They won't rise so much in good times but at least you will know that you will get your 3-5% yearly, if that's what you are after.

Thanks for the suggest but i'm not looking to get passive income without doing anything. I'm trying to discuss and understand if there are way to have a 10% yoy without using 8 hours of work using other strategies... long time ago real estate was something that was working in this way. Today is pretty difficult.

10% is a big number, and requires some risk taking.
You could consider angel investing, after some initial work you can remain a silent partner.

Also a reminder that 10% p.a. is 0% real returns in a 10% inflation landscape.

In some countries you may get 10% on your real estate, usually crappy 3rd grade shitholes, the problem is that this 10% is gross and not net and once you include all the costs of maintenance, taxes, repairs, accountants, potential scams etc- you're not left with 10%.

And you still expose yourself to the risk of investing in a shithole, this video details a few of these risks very well:

You could always buy or make an investment in physical assets with FIAT or crypto, like a sailing yacht
We will be launching a crypto / NFT project soon which represents fractional shares in yachts with 24% APR (YOY) return
I can send you a PM if you want more details to get in before launch.
All you have to do buy the NFT and claim rewards (interest on the investment) whenever you want daily, hourly, monthly etc
We have already secured $70'000 promotional service through CoinTelegraph

way easier to park your money in US/EU REITS imo

yield might be lower but why take the risk of parking your money in south america, id rather go to the casino and play blackjack.
