Independant Commodities Trader Seeking Information On Proper Offshore Structure

Hello all,

I am an independent trader and would like to create a structure that will render 100% anonymity alongside a low tax rate (0% if possible).

Currently I reside in Canada but if relocating elsewhere will make the setup easier for me it is definitely possible. Dubai has really caught my attention due to their regulations regarding taxation.

From what I understand creating an IBC is the first step, Belize seems to be the best place (if someone can confirm this). This would be the company name that the broker account is registered under.

I found a few service providers however it seems to good to be true and feels as is there might be substantial risk involved if there was a creditor with enough power investigating. Would using a lawyer over a service agent be essential for a bulletproof setup?

Furthermore what would be the following steps be in regards to creating a bank account that is tied to the IBC in Belize which would be able to pay me as securely as possible.

Sorry if I confuse any of you as I am brand new to all of this!

If you have the money to setup a RAK company / Dubai you want to do that since it is so far the most protected entity in regards to privacy and taxation you can get, expect 15K US$ for setup and $15K recurring costs per year.

Otherwise if you are into DARKS / means stole documents which are used for the company setup you can setup a Belize or Seychelles company and use some sort of EMI to do business.

Most of the serious EMI are not working with Seychelles or Belize. Also, EMI will most likely reject this activity - commodity trader is considered as high risk.

Mister Tango still accept Belize and Seychelles corps. they seem to be big enough to handle it so far 😉
