Increasing the share capital of a Cyprus company any additional costs?

I need to know if there are any additional costs if I want to increase the share capital for a Cyprus company?


I see standard is EUR 1000 and 5000 but I would like it to be EUR 100.000.

The capital duties are simply 0.6% of the authorized share capital, therefore EUR 6 for‌ EUR 1,000 capital, and EUR 600 for EUR 100.000 capital- as an example.

okay, got it, will I need to pay in the share capital or is it‌ also not payable?

No there is no need to pay up the share capital just because you increase‌ it.
