Does the incorporation documents need to be notarised for an offshore company?

Depends on what the needs are. For instant some banks may required the corporate documents‌ to be with Apostille, some, even requires the documents to be notarised!

I'm looking at Panama bank and a Cyprus bank at the moment, in Panama they‌ say they need incorporation documents with Apostille!

Same for Cyprus banks! You will always want to order your incorporation documents with Apostille‌ just to be sure you have it available.

Once you decide to incorporate a company you can simply ask your Offshore company Service‌ Provider to get your incorporation documents with apostille and ask him to explain what page‍ / document you have to look for that will contain the apostille.

That is correct, to get the incorporation documents Apostilled or not is 100% up to you,‍ we recommend to order the Apostille. Most banks will require the documents with Apostille, still⁠ there are many that don't then I we recommend to order the Apostille!
