I live in Greece.
It appears the only legitimate way to have a company in another country is to live in that country 183+ days/year (or use the Cyprus 60-day rule).
I'm currently looking into relatively low cost options of countries close to Greece - like Macedonia (FYROM) or Bulgaria.
Do you have any experience with living/incorporating in these two countries?
Are there any "traps" or things you think I need to keep in mind?
