Hi,

I'm long time lurker decided to signup for this goldmine of information. I have been reading, researching and planning for a long time and now is the time to take the whole thing at step further.

I need to know what exactly is the easiest way to take my business and incorporate offshore for example in the Seychelles?

Can you explain step by step where to start for a noob doh948""

Well it isn't very complicated of an process.

You just need to have some documents by hand as per the following list:
copy of valid passport (not expired)
copy of utility bill in English if not in English you will need to have it translated and notarized locally. It's easy to get it done.
business description just 4 - 5 lines are fine
explanation of what the company names stand for (registry is asking for that)

That's almost it, there can be a few other questions but it's not difficult to sort them out.

Most often all this is an easy task for everyone.

OP it's so easy to do a Seychelles offshore company formation. Find the right agent and place your order, then you simply e-mail the required documents (thus that Admin posted above) to them and it's a done deal after a few days.

If you do more research here ( like reading threads and various topics ) you could see that Seychelles is a good place to start when you want to have an Offshore account/bank.

Welcome to the forum, I'm new here as well and I take time to process a lot of information here, some are very interesting and some are not. But to be honest, this is my first time hearing about new things like Mauritius being a tax haven and etc. Just explore and you will never regret reading here.

Congratulation OP!!!
1. You have already took your first steps.
2. Second Steps, take some time to read this forum.
3. Collect all require documents those Admin suggested.
4. Find some good agent or firm.
5. Submit all documents and pay the fee

....now wait for couple of days or week....enjoy your new company🙂

Thank you for this. I wonder where is the best place to register my offshore company? I'm still a little confused of how to know what may be best for my business?
