ID Needed For TransferWise & Paypal Account?

Okay, so am planning to open a TW & a PayPal account. Does anyone have experience - preferably recently - of what is the best country to use ID from to open a TW account:

1) Without video verification
2) Without the need to make an initial deposit from a bank account in the same name as the ID - I've heard this is being asked for recently by TW.

Any advice for a new - but trying to learn fast - Mentor group member from those more experienced?

TransferWise and PayPal don't use any Video verification! You want to use some Scandinavian KYC or Netherlands! Pretty easy and straight forward process!
