I haven't yet incorporated my IBC and am planning on doing so very shortly.


However, there is loads of info around about setting up an IBC but what if at some stage you wished to wind up the company?


What are the costs / time frames associated with this?

Can you please elavorate on at what stage you want to "wind up" the company and why will you want to do so and for what reason, these question may depend on the answer. Will the company at that stage have had any activity?

Yes if a company had for example been trading for 3 years, and then you decided to wind up due to:


1. Non successful


2. To do something else

Cheapest is just to not renew the company and take a hide, means ignore any request to renew 🙂 I know Admin don't like to hear that.

We dissolved a company last year it was only euro 800!
