I am wondering if there is an option to create corporate IBAN account for Panamanian Foundations somewhere ? These foundations have already corporate bank accounts in long established Panamanian banks, which are part of SWIFT network and are reachable only by international swift wires. SEPA wires would be much more preferable and cheaper option. Also it would be more comfortable option to accept wires from EU citizens.

Cheers

Have a look at private banks in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Andorra, Gibraltar (wait for Brexit results), Lichtenstein. Minimum deposits from 250K.

Aside from private banks, high risk EMIs with "payment tax" might also consider your foundation.

@xzars , can you please point out some of these high risk EMIs, which can offer IBAN account for Panamanian companies/foundations ? Thank you

Possibly b2bpay, payoneer, erabanq. Look primarily for expensive ones that charge %-based "transaction tax" fees for better odds. If you can get CIM in Switzerland or Wirecard in Germany, that would be jackpot for your scenario. I'd give you 10% chance with the latter two.

Why wait for brexit result? as you also recommend non EU banks in Andorra.

Andorran banks can issue EUR IBANs for SEPA payments. Gibraltarian banks can issue EUR IBANs for SEPA payments.

There's a small chance Brexit will impact Gibraltar's future ability.

Any of these can be created without personal visit online ? Or personal visit of Foundation's protector is a must in all cases ? Personal experiences ?

EUR IBAN is what interests me, but I will never trust any banks with 250k initial deposit. So there must be some compromise to be made.
