Just saw the thread. This is most used website for rentals in Serbia. Many agencies there especially for Belgrade Waterfront (Beograd na vodi).

Not sure about laws for residence permit, but for a living best areas in Belgrade: Beograd na vodi, Dorcol, Vracar. Beograd na vodi has mini Dubai vibes (actually investor are Eagle hills from UAE and Serbian government 50/50). They are completing phase 1 of developments and expanding more alongside the river and across the river). Many expats living in that area, some invested, some rented.
I no longer need it as I'm taking residence in Russia 😉

400 people in Russia arrested for posting on social media! That's NO picnic, right? 400 out of 144.2 million.
So, in Russia, the per capita arrest rate is approximately 0.28 arrests per 100,000 people
UK:
3300 people in the UK arrested for posting on social media! That's DEFINITELY NOT a picnic, right? 3300 out of 66.97 million.
So, in the UK, The per capita arrest rate in the second scenario is approximately 4.93 arrests per 100,000 people.
4.93/0.28 = 178!!! People are 178 times more likely to be arrested in the UK for posting BS on social media than in Russia.
This is simple, rudimentary maths. It doesn't mean Russia is Elysium or Putin is a Saint!
It means ONE is worse than the other! Or better than the other, depending on whether you are a glass-half-empty person or a glass-half-full person. 😉
