Alright I'll start: Absolutely nothing too crazy and don't even know if it qualifies as 'biohacking' but I thought it might be an useful addition. I've been taking 1000mg of Paba supplement pills for a year now to combat a few strand of grey hairs... And it actually helped. Whether it is placebo or not, I have no idea but it is pretty much reversed. There are only a few old studies saying positive things about it's effect. I'll keep taking it.

Interesting. How long did it take to show results?

Quite a long time, around 4 months. That's probably where most people give up. After 6 months there was a clear difference and it was 80% less. This probably won't work as well when someone is completely gray, in my case there was only 1 spot and I thought I was too young to be going gray, so I looked for solutions. It is said Paba is there mainly to stop/slow it down. So I keep taking it.
