I am looking to pay a consultant expert in offshore banking

I have a business project and being very new at this I want to have an expert consultant at offshore company set up and banking/ and offshore merchant account.


I need to have a skype or phone conversation with that expert for 30-40 min to really see objectively what is the best and realistic option for me giving my business needs.


I understand a service like this should be charged and i am open to this for like an hourly fee or something...

As I read from the reply I got from cclogic then they do not offer free consultancy but only general help or did you got any different answer?
