How would you choos the right company.

For my business I need to sign contracts with customers. I don't want my name or my local company to show up anywhere it is possible to trace.

My business partners don't want to deal with shady offshore companies from tropical islands. So what would you suggest?

You could create a legitimate offshore company in a more reputable location like Hong Kong‌ or use an EU Company somewhere like Cyprus.

True, but what OP is asking‌ for is simply not possible to archieve, correct me if I'm wrong. So the second‍ best answer would indeed be HK or cyprus since you can hide director and shareholder⁠ with nominee public. So that said, I agree it's still traceable for governments but for⁤ business partners it's almost impossible.
