We need nominee shareholder director, bank account, reg office, business address, call attending and mail fowarding full pack.


Also need privacy of our details

Does it makes any difference if it is private or pooled?

It should, a non closed end investment company will require a license in most offshore jurisdictions to be valid, please confirm someone🙂

Yes it does, in certain cases a pooled investment company will require a license if the number investors change or not all investors are known from the beginning!
