Can you help me to learn how to setup a offshore company without getting in troubles with the local tax authorities?


Here some background information:


I live in: I live in Slovakia,


Business: do alot of different online stuff


Goals: Pay less tax


Volume: Aprox. USD 600.000 / Annum


I don't mind traveling to achieve my goals.

Stay anonymous and you won't get any troubles. However, this will require a proper offshore structure, literally you need 100% privacy to avoid to pay tax from such profits.

I'm aware of that the offshore company need to be anonymous and privacy is important. Where and how do you suggest to setup the offshore company? Will I need more than one company and do I need other offshore entities?
