Hi,

I'm all new to this and need to know how I have to understand the TIEA, I understand it means Tax Information Exchange Agreement, but how does it works?

Thank you Admin for the link TheSmarter was not the only one who didn't understand the TIEA 🙂 So best is not to register a company that has signed any information exchange agreement?

How does the future looks, I mean, what will be the perfect privacy solution in regards to registering a offshore company or is the time over for such, can a Trust or a Private Interest Foundation or other entity offer better long term privacy protection? What privacy solution do you offer your best paying clients 😉 ???

It is going to be more difficult in the future, also in my opinion it we will see all the cheap and simple setup's to disappear i.e. offshore company + bank account and turn into setups with Trusts Foundations and nominees including lots of legal advise.
