How to switch to a new service provider?

The compliance at my current service provider is getting ridiculous, requiring me to do video verification just to update some company records.

Has anyone switched from one service provider to another? What was the process?

If it matters, the company is a Seychelles IBC. I have only copies of incorporation documents (originals are kept at current provider).

You can easily switch to a new one, they will then need to inform your current service provider. It's actually nothing you are involved it beside a signature you need to set on the transfer.

From what you explain here I assume they tighten the compliance a little in the Seychelles so you may see this as a beginning of what all service providers in the Seychelles soon will start doing.

One can wonder why anyone still has a Seychelles company.
