How to setup your entire presence in Cyprus?

I was considering the following scenario in order to stay anonymous towards paypal but still have a valid bank account and company for my business.

First I setup my cyprus Company with bank account in my real name and address data. I don't live in Cyprus but I will get to that later.

Then I establish a VPS in Cyprus so I get a Cyprus IP, so I do some Cyprus hosting.

Sof far so good.... now I have a Cyprus setup.

IF I WOULD APPLY NOW WITH PAYPAL they would reject my account.

Now if I get some fake documents in my name but on a different address in Cyprus and then apply I could say to PayPal, IF THEY WOULD ASK that I moved to Cyprus.

With the IP from the VPS and the fake documents I apply with it all match each other.

Do you see the point?

What do you think is it valid and possible?

This seems to be a way to avoid PP's stupid policy!

Have you tested it? I was wondering if fake docs still work for PayPal, I have heard they do and it's possible to open accounts this way.

Cyprus will work that way for sure. I have setup such thing a few times with great success.
