How can I setup the offshore company in UK, I see prices of 1£ but how can I do that?

what bank is open to open an account for new startup UK company?

What is best LLP or LTD - I'm doing small retailer business in Bahrain.

LLP you will be liable for all your actions in the company. LTD you can do whatever you want to do, just don't live in the UK. Once done, just forget the company and leave it alone. Move on.

I'm not sure if I'm reading this right but an LLP does protect the partners from liability. It's a Limited Liability Partnership after all.

The liability limitation of an LLP is practically the same as an LTD. As long as you aren't doing anything illegal, you will not be held liable.

Don't look at the price of incorporation, look at accounting fees, office fees, etc.
