I need to know all steps on how to setup a Cyprus company?

Actually the process to incorporate a Cyprus company is very easy.

1. You need to‌ know what services you require i.e. Nominee Director and/or shareholder

2. Is it a regular‍ trading company or Holding company, just brief description

3. You send the photo ID and⁠ utility bill or credit card / bank statement to verify your address

4. Complete a⁤ application (we will send it to you once so far)

5. We will send a⁣ draft of the Memorandum and Articles for you to sign

6. Waiting for ROC

It is actually not very difficult and anyone can register a Cyprus company regardless of nationality⁢ or where you are located.

You don't need to visit Cyprus to accomplish the formation︀ of the Cyprus company, everything can be handled online.

Sorry for the late reply. Normally it takes only 14 business days for a Cyprus‌ company to be fully established. However, sometimes it is faster while other times it can‍ take more time.
