Actually the process to incorporate a Cyprus company is very easy.
1. You need to know what services you require i.e. Nominee Director and/or shareholder
2. Is it a regular trading company or Holding company, just brief description
3. You send the photo ID and utility bill or credit card / bank statement to verify your address
4. Complete a application (we will send it to you once so far)
5. We will send a draft of the Memorandum and Articles for you to sign
6. Waiting for ROC
It is actually not very difficult and anyone can register a Cyprus company regardless of nationality or where you are located.
You don't need to visit Cyprus to accomplish the formation of the Cyprus company, everything can be handled online.
