How to safely withdraw funds from Paypal

Hello guys,
I'm from Europe and for about last month I receive about 2,5k USD per week to my personal Paypal. I have read PayPal is reporting accounts with 20k+ USD so I would like to start withdrawing regularly. The thing is I don't know how to withdraw it without being reported to any authorities. PayPal allows withdrawal to USD account or local currency bank.

So would be safe to withdraw from PayPal to Wise USD account, transfer to Crypto.com/Wirex EUR account, buy USDT (or any other crypto) and transfer it to Advcash?

Is it enough to stay under radar? Or what would be the best solution in 2022?

I would appreciate any tips or ideas 🙂

Well I actually need PayPal for only one more month until I can register legit business so there won't be any high amount of cash flowing through PayPal. This was just unexpected income and PayPal was only available solution at that moment.

Also PayPal states in their legal agreements they report balance as at 31. December so I would like to simply empty my account within next month and I'm done with PayPal forever.

Am I delusional? Let me know!

And if anyone have any tip for this situation, I would definitely appreciate it!

I have a paypal set up in Panama but it can only be withdrawed to a US bank account, not a panama one. I guess you will have to declare that income, I haven't found any other ways. If someone knows, let us know!
