Hope this guide can be of help to someone.

Setup a company with one of the providers in the RESOURCE DB it doesn't really matter which one.

Here comes the important part, you need the agent to provide you with mail forwarding service, so he can send whatever you may receive at the companies address to your personal mail box.
Typically the setup fee is between 150$ and 400$ depending on which provider you choose.

Now you have two options for banking, either you use Mercury Bank or you use Relayfi.com both and more can, again, be found in the RESOURCE DB - I suggest you to open more than just one.

Both of the mentioned banks are super fast to work with and in their approval process, you can simply order their debit card which will be send to the company's address. That's why you need the mail forwarding service.

Once all set, you apply for a Stripe, PayPal or whatever account and get approved right a way.

Filing in the state of Wyoming can be done anonymous if you take an attorney!

Thank you for the information. It's not new for me but I think it can be of huge help for some of the noobs around here.

This isn't good help for a number of reasons:
1. Mercury - there is about a high chance they won't open the account and if they do there is a high chance they will close it later.
2. Relyfi - they won't allow you to open an account unless you have a physical office in the USA and can prove this. The registered agent address or address of incorporation is not accepted.
3. Stripe - this is not safe as they close accounts like crazy for almost any reason.
4. PayPal - requires an ssn in the USA which non resident would not have.

It seems like the best approach is to hire a ceo in the USA as the authorized person to open the bank accounts and payment processing.

When opening bank accounts and payment processing they are asking asking for SSN, utility bill of physical office and lease agreement of physical office and some cases will do a visit of the premise or require photos of the premise to prove that it is a legit work location.
