How to open a company in Hong Kong or Taiwan with bank account?

I have to open a company in Hong Kong or Taiwan, with an bank‌ account.

This company should be under a different identity, but under my full control.

Does anybody have some ideas? I can pay for mentoring.

OP where did you end up with this? did you got your HK company?

not yet, but found many companies which offer opening or ready‍ companies + bank accounts for 1 - 3k, but haven't the time to test them⁠ yet
