How to open a bank account in the USA ?

I need a American bank account asap from what I read it is not possible for non us citizens to open any bank account without an IIN or SSN number is that true?


Also I consider a Delaware or Nevada corporation for my business activity can that have any tax complications if am not a usa citizens?

I have learned that it is not possible to open a reliable US bank account, please note I say reliable ie Barclays, HSBC, Bank of America and so on.
