How to get a Canadian utility bill

Does anyone know how to get a Canadian utility bill that I need?

I should stress I don't want a fake one or anything illegal. I am talking about how to get a real, legitimate one but from outside Canada. I already have a mailing address I can use. For example in the US, anyone can sign up for Google Fi phone service with a maildrop address and the resulting bill is generally accepted as proof of address. Does anyone know of a similar trick in Canada?
