How to empty bank account legally

Hey all!

Urgently need to empty bank in high tax country .

Company A (high tax country) is holding company B's funds (low tax country). There is no direct sepa/banking possible in country B. The funds need to reach B for the taxman (on paper). Then will come back to me in country A as a 'fee'.

What way is there to extract the funds and to retrieve it back? Cryptos? Gold?

There must be proof for company A that its on behalf of company B. So i cant just ATM the money.

This could also be a bank in a different country, but must be in name of company B and not in mine. Its hard to open a bank in company B's name.

Move funds to Company B as you are setting up a branch, get invoices for all associated costs. This can be done via Crypto or through a Forex company.

Company B places funds on fixed term deposit with bank and then gets a term loan.

Send funds back as a loan from company B to Company A.

A branch company can be established quiet easily in various different countries dependent on where you currently live.
There are quiet a few factors that will determine where you can do so.
