Hello,

i want to protect my personal identity, due to an certain country who likes to does arbitrariness and perversion of justice.

I thought, i can make new identity name as Seychelles company and then insert it as Shareholder/Director on company records of other company. Is that possible?

The reality is that this would not really protect your identity. Let's break this‌ down.

1. Having a legal entity as a shareholder and director, depending on the jurisdiction,‍ is completely legal.
2. I will assume you are operating in a high-risk business of⁠ some kind, meaning banking facilities will be harder to come by with this corporate structure.⁤
3. If the corporate veil is pierced it won't matter that there is another entity⁣ as the owner, shareholders (UBOs) will be held accountable.
