How to be autonomous in your sms advertising campaign?

Hello friends,

I would like to know how to be autonomous for sending SMS without having to go through a provider that applies exorbitant prices.

I would need:
- A country that accepts to be able to personalize the SENDER ID
- A SIM card with no limit for sending SMS

I already have the machine for sending SMS.
I would need all of this without being blacklisted.
