How often should audited financial statements be submitted to the local authorities?

I know that usually these statements are submitted annually. But is there any other practice in Cyprus? Maybe twice a year or every two years?

It's actuallt the same as anywehere else in Europe. Once a year (every 12 months)‌ they have to be filed.
