How often should audited financial statements be submitted to the local authorities?

I know that usually these statements are submitted annually. But is there any other practice in Cyprus? Maybe twice a year or every two years?

It's actuallt the same as anywehere else in Europe. Once a year (every 12 months) they have to be filed.

It is pretty standard for governments to ask for these statements annually. However, there are cases when they need it more often. This happens when you are in probationary status. They usually apply this to first-timers and to those who encountered legal problems.
