How much might it cost to incorporate in Cyprus?

Business: selling hand made rugs and carpets.


Physical place of transactions: mostly middle east countries.


Customers: mostly from Europe and some from Japan.


How much would it cost to open offshore company, bank account and whatever is applicable for the business to start operating?


What to do with taxes (how to avoid them) if the business is being done outside of EU (both seller and buyer meet outside of EU)? What taxes should I pay in Cyprus? What are the ways to reduce them?

Welcome aboard, the costs depends a little on what additional services you require! a standard Cyprus company formation without nominee's starts at EUR 2.400 including all required documents.


The tax depends on how the company is registered, for resident companies it is 10% and for non resident companies in Cyprus it is 0% in your case it would be possible to register the company non resident.
