How much do I need to buy for a Cyprus dormant company?

I read a lot of great information here about Cyprus companies and the many situations it can be used.


What is included in a dormant company from Cyprus?


Can I be a director & share hol. of that company or will I need nominee dir&share and if I don't like the company name change it?

Well it depends on which company you choose, since it is a dormant company /‌ ready-made company then some companies already have certain services appointed i.e. nominee director, shareholder, office‍ address and company secretary etc. You will want to check this directly with the agent⁠ or company owner from who you will buy the company.

Best is not to change anything in Cyprus company if dormant. Can we apply for‌ bank account first and make changes to company later?
