Do you want one corporate bank account per shareholder? Corporate bank accounts are usually only set up with directors as signatories. You will likely need to amend your M&A to allow for shareholders to have company bank accounts, if it's even acceptable then. It would make a lot more sense for the shareholders to become directors.
