It depends, usually it takes 14 business days to get the company duly incorporated in Cyprus. If you are in a hurry you can buy a Ready-Made / Dormant company where you can start trading with the company within 48 hours. We have bought a few companies both in Cyprus and in other offshore jurisdictions.
