How do you setup a bitcoin trading business offshore?

I would like to know how it is possible to setup a trading company for BitCoins ?

Something like coinpanda and kraken ?

Would you think I need a license to setup a company for this business?

I assume you already have the software or you are able to develop it right?‌

So, since no one is recognizing bitcoins as a currency you don't need a license‍ for the trading itself. However, if you receive payments from 3rd party that would require⁠ a license.

You may elaborate on how your business model looks.

If you have the software in place already you may start your‌ business. Just make sure that people don't need to pay in money to you, so‍ you can avoid the license.

Something similar to BlockChain will work in Seychelles, Belize and⁠ many other places!!

Isn't there a high risk of fraud using Paypal for this purpose? also it may‌ be against their policy or not?

I don't think⁠ you need a license. At least I believe majority of the providers of such service⁤ don't have one!
