Very bad experience with Changelly. I used to convert some crypto with them when I was too lazy to go through normal exchanges, until they froze my account for some reason I can't remember. It eventually got unfrozen and I never again used them.

No way Kraken fees are accurate, 0.02 % Maker fee for 0 USD 30-Day volume on a US spot exchange is just impossible.
Changelly known as selective scammer also changelly, minergate, freewallet, HitBTC belong to one entity and they involved scam/premined cryptocurrency known as bytecoin.
Changelly is ok for small sums but you will start encountering problems as size increases.
Just use an exchange, rather with your own docs or darks.

Changelly are total scumbag scammers, as already mentioned by others they try to keep your money with their non-satisfiable KYC requirements.
Better use FixedFloat.com or Sideshift.ai (the latter once declined my deposit but refunded it without asking for documents).

I, myself, personally have had a very good experience with them (over 250k in swaps all going perfectly). The one time I did need to contact support (due to my own error), they responded in minutes and explained what I had done wrong.
Either way, there does seem to be few scam reports on the https://b-i-t-cointalk.org/index.php?topic=5344863.msg57279341#msg57279341 (remove -) forum. I encourage everyone to DYOR!!
