The 5% increase in real estate prices of US is clearly on line of expectation and estimation. We should be happy but should not be surprised. The fact is one section of US analysts have always been expressing their bearish views since last 4 months, even if there are positive developments in US economy. The same group had the same view now when DOW was trading at 8000. There are clear cut signs that US and world economy is back on track.
